DATES FOR SUBMISSION OF FORMS


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

        a) Written Examination :
        The written test will be held on  29th January, 2012 on a single day for all  the GEE  levels.

                            Paper I - 10.00 am to 12.00 noon Paper II - 1.30 pm. to 3.30 pm.
        Students must occupy their seats 15 minutes before the commencem
ent of the  examination.
        The date, place, seat number of the examination will be communicated to  the Principals of  the colleges

        and will also be available on our website. ( www.geexam.com)     

        b) G. D. and P. I. : The G. D. and P. I. will be held in the 3rd week of February,2012.Selected

       candidates will be informed of the schedule and venue for the G. D. and P. I., by post, at their residential

       address. Principals of the colleges will be informed accordingly and this information will also be

       available on our website. ( www.geexam.com)

       Students will have to attend G. D. / P. I. at their own cost.

     

                                                                      RESULT 

       The final result will be declared by The End of March, 2012.
       Results / Mark lists of all the students will be sent to their respective colleges and will also be available

       on our website. Scholarships / Prizes / Certificates will be awarded according to merit to the selected

       students.

                                                                  EVALUATION

     a) Written Test
     1. All the papers with objective questions will be assessed, using computerized  methods.
     2. The assessment of papers with descriptive answers will be done only for those  students who figure in

          the top10%  to 15% of the evaluated objective type papers.
     3. Only those students will be called for the GD and PI, who are in the top 10% of the total score, in both

          the objective and the descriptive papers together.

     b) Group Discussion (G.D.)
     A subject of general interest will be the topic for discussion, for a group of 10-12 students. Two to three

     experts will evaluate the performance of the students as an individual and as group.

     c) Personal Interview (P.I.)
     All the students called for G.D. will also face a personal interview, conducted by a panel of 2 to 3 experts.

     Credit will be based upon the students' knowledge, communication skill, confidence, creativity, positive 

     attitude and ability to suggest solutions to problems.
